We prioritize sourcing from vendors within the Lake Superior Bioregion, encompassing counties around Lake Superior. Our definition of ‘local’ includes products from Minnesota or Wisconsin. Over the years, we’ve cultivated strong relationships with local farmers, bakers, wellness vendors, and more, actively supporting our regional food system.
