Catering

Whole Foods Co-op can cater your event with Co-op-made appetizers, sandwiches, desserts, and more. We use organic produce whenever possible. Deli managers can take orders in person or over the phone.

How to Place Your Order

  • Contact us at 218-728-0884 and ask for the Deli department.
  • Specify your preferred pick-up store, date, and time.
  • Kindly provide a 48-hour notice for all catering orders. For orders exceeding $500, please give us a seven-day notice.
  • Orders over $150 require a 25% deposit upon confirmation.
  • Feel free to share any special requests; we’ll do our best to accommodate them.
  • Pick up your catering order at the Deli on the scheduled date and settle payment at the registers.
