Full-time employees are eligible for health insurance, and supplemental insurance. The Co‑op offers multiple health insurance plans and contributes a designated amount to assist with monthly health insurance premiums for each employee who enrolls.
- Paid Time Off
All employees accrue Paid Time Off (PTO) for every hour worked. PTO accrual rates increase after 2 years of employment.
- 401(k) Retirement Account
Employees are eligible to open a 401k after 1 year of employment and 1000 hours worked. The Co‑op matches up to 2% of employee contributions.
- Paid Breaks
Employees receive paid breaks for any shift that is greater than 4 hours.
- Produce Perks
Employees have access to free produce that is fresh enough to eat but not fresh enough to sell.
