You’re invited to join Whole Foods Co-op for our 2025 Celebration and Annual Owner Meeting!

Owners, shoppers and community members are welcome as we celebrate 55 years of local food and community connections. There will be music, activities, food, drinks, and – of course – cake!

Reserve Your Ticket by Wed., Oct. 1 for free Food and a Drink
Tickets to the event are $5/person (kids under 5 are free). Every person who reserves a ticket will receive a free Ursa Minor drink ticket (covers alcoholic, THC, and N/A beverages). Kids 5 and under will receive a juice box. Owners will also receive a free Ursa Minor food ticket (one per Co-op Owner account).
If you don’t wish to purchase a ticket, you may attend the event and/or business meeting at no cost and without a ticket. Food and drinks will be available to purchase.

Ursa Minor offers a variety of pizza and salad options. Several are gluten friendly, as well as vegetarian or vegan. Find their menu here.

Stress-Free Parking! Take the Shuttle!
A school bus with a wheelchair lift will run consistently from Wade Stadium to Ursa Minor and back from 3:30 pm – 8:30 pm.
Wade Stadium is at 35th Ave. W., Duluth. You can access the parking lot off 34th Ave. W. from either Grand Ave. or W. Superior St.

We’ll be hosting folks from Food Farm, Northern Harvest, Y-ker Acres, Equal Exchange and Locally Laid (meet some of their hens, too!) from 4 – 7 pm.

Meet Old Friends – And New!
Order something to eat, grab something to drink, and catch up with old friends. Also, walk around and explore! They’ll be fun activities (with prizes!) set up throughout the evening for all ages to connect with one another and the Co-op.

Business Meeting
The Annual Whole Foods Co-op Business Meeting will be at 5 pm, followed by a Listening Session for the Good and Welfare of the Co-op.

Vote
A voting station for our Annual Election will be set up for the entirety of the event, and we’ll have someone available to answer questions on voting (and help look up Owner numbers!). Board Candidates will also be asked to join the event, so you can potentially meet candidates before you vote.
