Radish, Green Onion, and Herbed Goat Cheese Spread
Ingredients
- 8 oz soft goat cheese
- 2 T milk
- ½ C radishes , chopped
- ½ C green onions , chopped
- ¼ C fresh italian parsley chopped
- 1/8 t salt
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine cheese and milk; mix until creamy. Stir in radishes, onions, parsley and salt. If needed, add additional milk for ease in spreading. Serve with crackers or raw vegetables.
