Avocado Bleu Cheese Dip/Spread
Good on burgers!
Ingredients
- 1½ C bleu cheese
- ¼ C buttermilk
- ¼ C sour cream
- ¼ C mayo
- juice from 1 lemon
- 2 T white vinegar
- ½ t sugar
- garlic powder , to taste
- salt and pepper , to taste
- crushed red pepper flakes , to taste
- 2 avocados
Instructions
- Mash the bleu cheese with a fork a bit. Add the remaining ingredients except for the avocados. Mix together. Dice avocados and gently mix in, trying to leave the avocados in kind of chunkier pieces. Adjust salt and pepper for taste.
