Pico Breakfast Bake
Ingredients
- 1 lb pork sausage
- 1 C fresh pico de gallo
- 1 bag frozen hasbrowns
- 6 eggs , beaten
- cheese
Instructions
- Brown sausage (drain grease), Add frozen hash-browns, salsa and stir. Pour eggs over top. Cook 10 to 15 minutes, melt cheese on top.
