Ayurveda, or ancient Indian medicine, is, simply put, the practice of living in tune with nature. We look to the five elements of nature and how those elements interact and fit with our personal constitution or inborn nature and use this to guide a more harmonious way of living. We are all unique in what we need as far as food and lifestyle practices are concerned. There is no one-size-fits-all formula that works equally for all of us. Through Ayurvedic cooking, we include all 6-tastes in warm, fresh, and lightly spiced foods to satiate our bodies and minds on a cellular level. We ground the mind and create balance for overall health and wellness.
