Fresh Mint Tea
Ingredients
- 1 C fresh mint leaves
- 1 T kuchicha twigs (optional)
- 4 C boiling water
- 2-4 C cool water
- honey, rice syrup, or other sweetener , to taste
Instructions
- Pour boiling water over slightly bruised leaves and kukicha twigs, if using. Cover and let steep for 20 minutes.
- Strain and add cool water and sweetener.
