Sweet & Salty Crazy Nuts
Ingredients
- 1 C raw pecans
- 1 C raw walnuts
- 1 C tamari almonds
- ¼ C maple syrup
- 2 T coconut oil
- 1 T vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla in a crockpot and heat for a few minutes, until the coconut oil has melted. Whisk it all together, throw in the nuts, and toss them to coat evenly. Cook on low for about 2 hours, stirring often. Remove nuts from crockpot and let cool completely before serving or storing.
