Smoky Salted Chocolate Pretzels (Gluten-Free)
Ingredients
- 1 bag family-sized Glutino Pretzel Twists (14 oz by weight)
- 1 bag Enjoy Life mini chocolate chips
- a few pinches applewood smoked salt
Instructions
- Line 2 large cookie sheets with waxed parchment paper.
- Spread out all the whole pretzels on the cookie sheets, face up. Snack on the broken ones, or save for another time.
- Melt chocolate in a double boiler, or by using the microwave method: pour chips into a glass bowl, microwave 30 seconds, then whisk; repeat until chocolate has fully melted.
- Pour chocolate into a plastic zip bag, or pastry decorating bag. Snip a small corner off of the plastic bag, if using, and drizzle chocolate over pretzels. Sprinkle salt over the pretzels.
- Put the cookie sheet in the freezer for a few minutes to help the chocolate set up. Serve!
