Kale and Cheese Squares
- 4 oz butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 c flour
- 1 C milk
- 1 t salt
- 1 t baking powder
- 1 lb monteray jack cheese , grated
- 4 C chopped, fresh kale
- Melt butter in a 9x13 inch pan. Beat
eggs. Add flour, milk, salt, and baking
powder. Add cheese and kale, mixing
- Spread into pan and bake at 350
degrees F. for 35 minutes. Cool 30 minutes before serving. Cut into squares.
These freeze well in plastic bag.
