Chocolate: A FLAVOR JOURNEY TO THE SOURCE WITH EQUAL EXCHANGE

Come and celebrate the first day of Spring with chocolate! In this class, we will learn the magic behind how chocolate is made and taste some chocolates along the way. We will learn about the chocolate industry and some of its alternatives by discussing the Equal Exchanges trade model. Participants should come with curiosity and eagerness to learn all things chocolate. After a guided tasting participants will leave equipped with the tools and knowledge to lead their own tasting at home with family and friends.
