Full-time salaried exempt position
Salary range $27.00 – $38.00/hour (based on a 40-hour week)
Supervised by General Manager
The job duties include:
- Hire, train, develop, supervise, and evaluate Store Operations employees
- Lead the Store Operations Team
- Research, analyze, present, implement and manage assigned projects
- Provide administrative services to Board of Directors
Applicants must possess outstanding customer service skills, post-secondary business management degree or minimum five years experience in business management, effective communication skills and a high level of computer proficiency. Applicants must demonstrate objectivity, neutrality and calmness under pressure.
Applicants must have the ability to handle multiple demands, work under time limits, meet deadlines and respect confidentiality of business and personnel matters.
