Job Summary: Participate in recipe development, monitor food quality and presentation, process ingredients, prepare foods, track losses, and maintain a safe and sanitary work environment as directed and in compliance with WFC policies, National Organic Program (NOP), and established practices to achieve goals for sales, margin, inventory turns, safety, sanitation, and customer service.
