Front End Department

Welcome to the Front End! Your Front End Assistants (sometimes referred to as cashiers) are ready and waiting to ring up your purchases, write up a Special Order form, give you information on Membership, take your WFC Membership payments, punch your RRR card and more. But did you know that our Customer Service Counter is also part of the Front End department?

One of the first things you'll notice when you come into your Co-op is our Customer Service Counter and the smiling face behind the desk. Our CSC staff are top-notch problem solvers. If they don't know the answer, they'll find someone who can help you. They process returns, take equity and IOU payments, write up and retrieve Special Orders, find you the right informational brochure, and point you in the direction you need to go to get what you need. Most importantly, they are ready, willing and able to get you signed up as a Whole Foods Co-op Member Owner in record time. Don't worry, if you're not a Member yet, they will give information to the merely curious as well.
