2008 Board Election & Survey Results

2008 Board election results of electronic ballots (103) and paper ballots (5 valid, 1 invalid). The quorum required was 100 valid ballots.

All five candidates elected:

Alison Champeaux - 3 year term
Mark Friederichs - 1 year term
David Helf - 3 year term
Linda Magni - 1 year term
Heather Murphy - 3 year term

Local, mission-related non-profit agency chosen to receive a cash donation from WFC for the balance of unclaimed abandoned equity that will be allocated later in 2008:

Response to survey question on using or the opportunity to use the online voting option:

• On-line voting reduces waste and expense relating to paper ballots = 89
• On-line voting is more convenient than a paper ballot = 86
• On-line voting is not as secure as a paper ballot = 6
• On-line voting option is not for me = 4
